3 Account & Registration

3.1 Account Security

3.2 Account Verification
mh999 may initiate an identity verification (KYC) process at any time. As part of this, you may be asked to provide a national identity card, passport, or other government-approved identification. Withdrawals may be held pending until verification is complete.
3.3 Account Currency
The currency of mh999 accounts is the Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). All transactions, bonuses, and winnings will be displayed and settled in Taka.
4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.2 Withdrawal Processing Time

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus
New users are eligible to receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will add ৳1,000 in bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
A 20x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus, calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the deposit. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 20 = ৳20,000 in bets must be completed before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.
5.3 General Bonus Rules
- Each account is eligible to receive each promotional offer a maximum of once.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they can only be withdrawn after the wagering requirements have been met.
- Using multiple accounts to collect bonuses will result in all accounts being closed.
- mh999 reserves the right to change or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
- If wagering requirements are not met by the bonus expiry date, the bonus will be forfeited.
5.4 VIP Program
mh999 has five VIP tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Weekly cashback is provided at each tier. Cashback is added to the account automatically and no separate application is required.
6 Gameplay & Betting Rules
All games and betting activities on mh999 are conducted in a fair and transparent manner. We use verifiable Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair play.
6.1 Bet Acceptance & Cancellation
Once confirmed, a bet generally cannot be changed or cancelled. If a bet is accepted in error due to a technical fault, mh999 reserves the right to cancel it and, where applicable, the bet amount will be refunded.
6.2 Results & Winnings
The results of all games are final and are settled according to data recorded on the server. In the event of any dispute, the server log shall be considered the final proof.
6.3 Technical Issues
mh999 will not be held responsible for games being interrupted due to loss of internet connection or device issues. However, appropriate compensation will be considered in the case of server-side issues.
7 Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the mh999 platform:
- Using the platform for money laundering or any financial fraud.
- Abusing bonus benefits or systematically exploiting bonuses.
- Using bots, automated software, or unauthorised third-party software.
- Coordinating with other users to defraud the system (collusion).
- Operating an account using a false identity or someone else's identity.
- Exploiting any technical error or vulnerability in the platform.
- Operating multiple accounts from the same device or IP address.
- Harassing, threatening, or using abusive language towards other users.
If any of the above activities are found, mh999 reserves the right to close the account without prior warning, forfeit the balance, and notify law enforcement authorities.
