mh999's commitment to responsible and safe gaming
Fun with safety — mh999 wants every player to enjoy games consciously, within limits, and in full control.
Important warning: Gambling is for entertainment only. It is not a way to make money. If you feel that gaming is getting out of your control, please contact our support team right away.
Why is responsible gaming important?
mh999 is a trusted online gaming platform in Bangladesh. We believe gaming should be an enjoyable experience — not a source of stress or addiction. The mental and financial well-being of every player is our highest priority. That is why mh999 takes active steps on responsible gaming and is always ready to keep our users informed.
Online gaming is a legitimate recreational activity for adults (aged 21 or above). However, for some people it can sometimes become a problem. When gaming causes anxiety, debt, or family issues instead of enjoyment, seeking help is the right step. mh999 is here for you at that moment.
Our platform has several safety features to help you maintain healthy gaming habits. These are described in detail below.
Our safety tools
Set deposit limits
You can set how much you deposit each day, each week, or each month. Once a limit is set, it cannot be easily increased — this keeps you in financial control.
Time-out
If you feel you need a break, you can take a temporary pause from 24 hours to a few weeks. During this time your account will be completely inactive.
Self-exclusion
Choose self-exclusion for a long-term break. This option lets you close your account for a set period or permanently.
Gaming history review
View a complete history of all your bets, wins, losses, and transactions in your account. This helps you understand your spending patterns and set limits.
24/7 support service
Contact us anytime via live chat or email ([email protected]). Support is available in Bengali and English.
Minor protection
mh999 strictly does not allow anyone under 21 to open an account. Use a PIN and password on your account to protect family members.
Financial limits and rules
Minimum deposit
Start with as little as ৳200 via bKash, Nagad, or Rocket.
Minimum withdrawal
A minimum of ৳800 is required to withdraw winnings.
Fast Withdrawals
Funds typically arrive within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
Age limit
This platform is for users aged 21 and above only.
Setting financial limits is one of the most effective ways to game responsibly. On mh999, you decide how much money you spend on entertainment. Fast and secure transactions are available through mobile banking — bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Keep in mind that increasing a set limit is not made easy, because your protection is our goal.
Assess yourself
The questions below will help you understand whether your gaming habits are healthy. If you answer "yes" to most of them, consider seeking help.
- Are you spending more money on gaming than your set budget?
- Are you returning to play repeatedly to try to win back money you lost?
- Is gaming affecting your work, family, or sleep?
- Are you hiding the amount you game from family or friends?
- Are you taking loans or dipping into savings to play?
- Do you feel restless or irritable when you are not playing?
- Have you tried to stop more than once but could not?
These questions are for awareness only. If you feel you need help, contact mh999's live chat or email [email protected] — we provide 24/7 support in both Bengali and English.
Simple steps for healthy gaming habits
Responsible gaming means keeping gaming as a small enjoyable part of life — not the centre of it. Follow a few simple tips to keep your experience on mh999 positive:
- Set a budget: Before each session, decide on a fixed amount that you can afford to lose without it affecting your daily life.
- Stick to a time limit: Set a time limit for each session and follow it.
- Do not play on impulse: Avoid gaming when you are feeling down, angry, or tired.
- Accept losses: Winning and losing are both part of every game. Placing extra bets to recover lost money is not a good idea.
- Take regular breaks: Do not play for long stretches at a time. Step away every now and then, drink some water, take a short walk.
- Spend time with family: Do not let gaming replace family time.
- Do not play under the influence of alcohol or medication: Make decisions with a clear and sober mind.
mh999 believes that gaming within the right limits is a worthwhile experience. SSL encryption and fair play are ensured on our platform. Your safety and enjoyment are both our responsibility.
Protection of minors
mh999 is for users aged 21 and above only. We verify age at registration to prevent minors from using this platform. However, if you have children or teenagers at home, you should also take some steps yourself:
- Never share your account password with anyone.
- Do not leave your device without logging out.
- Use a screen lock or PIN on your mobile.
- Do not give children access to gaming apps or websites.
Parental control software can also keep children away from specific websites. Your family's safety is what matters most to us.
